Where do the pets go overnight?The pets and the driver stay together through the entire trip. There is a comfortable sleeping area onboard to allow the driver to get quality rest. If a hotel stay is required, the pet will accompany the driver in the hotel.

Can I send extra items with my pet?Feel free to send a container that is about the size of a paper grocery bag. Inside that should be a gallon size zip lock bag with food, some favorite treats, medications if prescribed by a veterinarian. Space onboard is limited.

Can I ship my pet in the kennel that we own?We can use your appropriately sized, safe kennel or ours.

Will my pet be exposed to other animals?Each pet is transported in their own kennel. They are taken out for short exercise individually every four hours on average.

Will I get updates?We use a group text to keep everyone updated. Several times during the day updates go out, usually with pictures. Update hours are from 8AM to 8PM. Mountain Standard Time.
